Jungfrau – Top of Europe is an alliance of the Jungfraubahn Holding AG (JBH AG) and the Bernese Oberland-Bahnen AG (BOB AG). The objective of the alliance is to exploit synergies. Both partners form a powerful team and pursue the vision of "12 months high season". The shares of the JBH AG are listed on the SIX in Zurich. BOB shares are traded on the Berner Kantonalbank's OTC X.

Jungfraubahn Holding AG and Bernese Oberland-Bahnen AG jointly hold Jungfraubahnen Management AG (JBH 67% share, BOB 33% share).

The BOB AG operates the train from Interlaken Ost to Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald, as well as the Schynige Platte Railway from Wilderswil to Schynige Platte.
